Who is responsible for your data
Lubra Tec Company, of Al Malaz District, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the data controller for this website. Our Commercial Registration number is published in the footer of every page.
What this website collects
This website has no contact form, no account system, no advertising and no third party tracking. It does not set cookies. Nothing you type is sent to us through these pages.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint your device and does not build a profile of you. It records the page address, the referring site, and general information about your browser and country. It cannot identify you.
When you contact us
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we hold what you send in order to answer you and, where it leads to a supply relationship, to serve you as a customer. We keep that correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship needs it and as long as Saudi tax and commercial record keeping requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Our email is operated by a third party mail provider, and this website is served by Cloudflare, both of which necessarily process the data required to deliver a message or a page.
Where your data is held
Some of the providers above operate outside the Kingdom. Where personal data leaves Saudi Arabia we rely on the transfer conditions in the Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulation on Personal Data Transfer.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us using the address on the contact page and we will answer.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, which supervises the Personal Data Protection Law.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
